With over 20 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, she has led preclinical and clinical development teams, filed more than 15 Investigational New Drug Applications across neurology, inflammation, virology, pain, and oncology, and worked on two compounds that received New Drug Application approvals (Kaletra for HIV and Horizant/Regnite for Restless Legs Syndrome and Post Herpetic Neuralgia). She holds a doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacology from the University of Maryland, a Master's in Pharmacology from the University of Arizona, and a Master's in Management from Stanford University's MSx (Sloan)
