Vivek Mehra joined August Capital in 2003 and invests broadly in IT infrastructure, including data center technologies, systems management, security, storage, and cloud computing. He previously co-founded Cobalt Networks (acquired by Sun Microsystems for $2B) and held technical and management roles at Apple, SGI, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds a BS in Electronics from Punjab University and an MS in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
