He has competed across multiple racing series since 2000, including stints as a Red Bull Junior Driver and Red Bull Racing test driver, and currently serves as a founding partner at Apex Capital.

Pedro Félix da Costa is a founding partner and managing partner at APEX, where he serves as Chief Commercial Officer. He maintains involvement in sports and motorsport assets, and has worked with professional athletes in entrepreneurial ventures.

Hugo Sever is Vice President of Investment & Value Creation at APEX, where he leads the Growth & Private Equity value creation function, covering deal due diligence and post-acquisition portfolio work. He previously served as Head of Commercial for Manchester United's direct-to-consumer business and as a Senior Manager in the club's Group Strategy team, where his work included the £900m technical kit agreement with adidas and the club's strategic review and INEOS acquisition process. Earlier in his career, he worked at OC&C Strategy Consultants on corporate strategy and due diligence projects, and he holds a BA in History and an M.St. in Modern European History from the University of Oxford.

Ibrahim Akhtar is Vice President of Sports Private Equity at APEX, where he manages growth and private equity investments in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors. His responsibilities span the complete deal lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, execution, and stakeholder coordination with athletes and strategic partners within the sports ecosystem.

Frederico de Almeida is Finance Manager at APEX, a sports-focused venture capital and private equity firm, where he oversees financial operations with emphasis on the investment vehicles held. He previously served as Manager at Millennium bcp, Portugal's largest private commercial bank, leading the financial controlling team at group level from 2019 to 2026. His background includes roles in financial services assurance at PwC Portugal and education in finance and economics from CATÓLICA-LISBON and ISCTE-IUL.

Giuseppe Jandoli is a Growth & Private Equity Analyst at APEX focused on sports investment and capital deployment across sports assets. Based in Naples with professional experience in Portugal, Finland, and Greece, he works across the full investment lifecycle to identify inflection points and support value creation for clubs, leagues, and sports businesses. He holds an MSc in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Naples – Federico II.

Kelvin Beachum is an NFL athlete with the Arizona Cardinals Football Club who serves as a board member and advisor. Laura Pedrosa is a C-Suite Executive Assistant with over 20 years of experience supporting senior executives across international cinema production, real estate, and safety management. She holds certification as a Residential Specialist from the National Association of Realtors and is IOSH-trained by the British Safety Council. Her background includes managing complex logistics, coordinating global teams, and streamlining operations across multiple industries.

Luís Caçorino manages athlete relations at APEX, where he facilitates co-investments alongside more than 150 athletes across sports, media, and entertainment sectors. His investment focus includes professionals from Formula 1, MotoGP, football, surfing, and related industries.

Luís Vicente is a sports executive and advisor who has held positions including Chief Digital Transformation & Innovation Officer at FIFA, commercial and business director at Manchester City, and commercial executive advisor at Real Madrid. He currently serves as Chairman of APEX, an athlete-led investment platform, and Executive Advisor to Liga Portugal's Board, while maintaining advisory roles across multiple sports organizations and investment vehicles. His work focuses on media rights, direct-to-consumer platforms, private capital structures, digital transformation, and fan engagement in sports.
