30X30 is a fully subsidised scaleup program operated by LaunchVic for high-growth companies, primarily at Series B and beyond. It offers tailored coaching from ex-founders, GMs and investors experienced in scaling, plus a built-in peer network of founders and executives facing similar challenges. Eligible companies typically have raised AUD $10M+ in a round, employ 50+ people, generate AUD $1M+ monthly revenue, or hold valuations between AUD $30M-$200M, with at least 12 months of runway. No equity is taken to participate. Since 2022 the program has supported 38 companies across four cohorts, helping them address scaling and back-office challenges.
