Tangible

Tangible is a construction technology company whose software converts building documentation into structured materials data. Users upload Revit models and PDF drawings, or sync documents from Autodesk Construction Cloud, and the platform's AI extracts quantities, maps each element to an assembly, and organizes the results by trade.

The resulting dataset is presented as a single source of truth for quantities, cost, and carbon. The product surfaces building metrics such as concrete efficiency, carbon intensity, cost per square foot, parking stalls, window-to-wall ratio, floor-to-floor height, and slab thickness, and flags outliers by comparing a project against other buildings (for example, noting when a building uses more concrete than peers). Outputs can be exported to Excel for estimating, used for carbon reporting, or applied to compare design options and track performance across a portfolio.
