With over 25 years in capital markets and investment banking, he has expertise in private equity, IPOs, SPACs, and RTOs. Brian Debeer is Chief Operating Officer at Allele Capital Partners, where he has worked since 2020 on data-driven analysis and financial modeling in the life sciences sector. He holds a BS in Finance and Economics and an MS in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, with expertise in factor modeling, derivative pricing, and valuation. Debeer serves on the Life Sciences Division of Wilmington Capital Securities and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
