He writes and speaks on topics including HR technology and organizational culture, and is active in the Southeast Asia startup community.

Shan Joo Lim is Head of Operations & Investor Relations at U&I Ventures, where the role covers business operations and support for portfolio companies on go-to-market initiatives and business development representative efforts. Lim also organizes dinners for the firm's founders.

Boyoon Choi is Senior Corporate Counsel at Pfizer, where they joined in 2021 and serve as co-counsel to Pfizer Ventures, advising on transactional and general legal matters related to its equity investing and portfolio management. Their work includes equity and debt financings, strategic fund investments, and M&A transactions such as the Seagen acquisition. Before Pfizer, Choi was legal counsel for a global pharmaceutical company and its corporate venture arm, as well as an asset manager, and holds a J.D. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Barnard College.
