Paul co-founded Bethnal Green Ventures in 2008 and has supported many of its portfolio companies from programme through exit. A CEO of over 15 years, he previously founded edtech startup School of Everything and was awarded an OBE in 2020 for services to startup investing.

Amy, a former mental health social worker, co-founded digital health company S12 Solutions in 2017, which reached 85% market share before being acquired in 2021. She was awarded an MBE in 2025 for services to mental health and now supports organisations navigating innovation in health and social care.

Darren has 30 years of experience in finance, strategy and operations across media and tech, previously serving as COO of a BBC division and leading new ventures at Disney and Channel 4, where he helped set up the 4iP fund. He supports BGV's later-stage portfolio companies.

Dhevesh is a revenue specialist supporting Seed/Series-A companies on product-market fit, market expansion and fundraising. He combines a finance and banking background with go-to-market leadership and also works with VCs such as Notion Capital and Antler.

George is a digital designer with over 10 years of experience as a Product Design Lead and Product Manager across banking, education, humanitarian and healthcare industries. He supports BGV's programme-stage teams with prototyping, building and launching products.

Tom brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience across FTSE 100 organisations and venture-backed startups, with expertise in B2B enterprise sales, commercial strategy and international growth. He has served as CEO, CRO, Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor, with SaaS experience across sectors.

Umesh is a design, strategy and digital product delivery coach who co-created the Social Venture Canvas and co-founded Wayfindr, an audio-based indoor navigation startup that became a UN-adopted standard. He holds an MA from Central Saint Martins and is a Design Associate at the Design Council.

Technology operator and venture investor who has built and exited software businesses. Former CEO of Kames Capital and Aegon Asset Management, and previously CEO of Molten Ventures, which he scaled to £2bn NAV. He chairs Bethnal Green Ventures and is a GP and founder of EDT Ventures.

Rob works on BGV's finance functions, compliance, data analysis, investor reporting and HR, and supports programme-stage ventures in receiving initial investment. He previously worked at IBM as an Operations Analyst and interned at Octopus Ventures.

Steven has served as Chairman or Board Member of seven growth businesses, three with successful exits, and has spent 21 years in private equity and venture capital with 3i, August Equity and ICG.

Trevor is a Partner at Mobeus Equity Partners leading its growth investment team, and was previously Chief Investment Officer at Beringea where he developed its investment strategy.

Catherine oversees the finances and valuations of BGV's funds and advises portfolio ventures on business and operational modelling. She was an early finance hire at Deliveroo and began her career as a chartered accountant at EY.
