Ronald E. Goldsberry is an automotive consultant who worked as an independent contractor with Deloitte Consulting and previously served as Global Vice President and General Manager of Global Customer Service Operations at Ford Motor Company. Earlier in his career he was President and COO of Parker Chemical and held roles at Gulf Oil, Boston Consulting Group, Hewlett Packard, and NASA/AMES Research Center. He holds a BS in chemistry from Central State University, a PhD in chemistry from Michigan State University, and an MBA from Stanford University, and is a member of the National Academy of Engineering.

Early U.S. impact investor Edward Dugger III has for 30+ years backed entrepreneurs of color and women; a prior fund invested $250M in 11 firms generating ~$2B and ~7,000 jobs.

Elyse Cherry is an executive with experience across finance, law, community development, and investing in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, with a focus on aligning capital with economic opportunity for disadvantaged communities. As CEO, she led the transformation of BlueHub Capital (formerly Boston Community Capital) into a national community-investment model that has invested over $1.3 billion in affordable housing, schools, health care centers, grocery stores, and other services. She has served on more than a dozen boards, and is a graduate of Wellesley College and Northeastern University School of Law.

Henry McGee spent his media career at HBO, working in family programming, film acquisition, and international coproduction before being named president of HBO Home Entertainment in 1995, where he oversaw digital and DVD releases of titles including The Sopranos, Sex and the City, and Game of Thrones. He joined Harvard Business School as a Senior Lecturer in 2013, co-authoring media industry case studies and participating in the school's Digital Initiative. He serves as a director of the Pew Research Center and TEGNA, and holds degrees from Harvard College and Harvard Business School.

Jim Casselberry is CEO and Co-Founder of Known Holdings, LLC, and is listed among Reinventure Capital's partners and advisors. Over a career of more than 30 years as an investment professional, he has developed and managed investment policies and strategies, most recently serving as Chief Investment Officer at 4S Bay Partners, a single-family asset management firm focused on market, impact, and mission-related investing. He previously held leadership roles at Trias Capital Management, Wedgewood Capital Management, and the MacArthur Foundation, and began his career at First Chicago Corporation and Arthur D. Little Valuation. He holds a BS in economics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jim Davidson is an early-stage investor and advisor with more than 20 years of internet technology experience. He previously held senior roles at AOL, serving as CTO of DigitalCity and later VP of Web Services and Publishing, and has been CTO of ShareThis.com, President of Examiner.com, and co-founder and CEO of Laborfair.com. He now focuses on early-stage impact investing in companies that use technology to advance social-benefit and sustainability goals, and is a General Partner of the Dev Equity investment fund.

Marsh Carter has had a career spanning military, business, and civic roles, beginning with service in Vietnam. He served as chairman and CEO of State Street Bank and Trust Company and its holding company, State Street Corporation, for nine years, during which the company grew more than sixfold, and later chaired the Board of Directors of the New York Stock Exchange from 2003 to 2013. He has lectured on leadership and management at MIT's Sloan School of Management, Babson College, the Naval War College, and Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, and holds degrees from West Point and the Naval Postgraduate School.

Richard DeVaughn is an executive who has led global technology, operations, and product development across consumer, industrial, and commercial product sectors. Before founding The Arcadia Group International, he was a corporate vice president at Ingersoll Rand overseeing global engineering, innovation, and emerging market product development, and previously held senior roles at Ford Motor Company, Textron, and The Stanley Works. Since 2016 he has been founder and CEO of Jaro Media Services, a media and technology company focused on film, art, books, and music of the African diaspora, and he is listed among Reinventure Capital's partners and advisors.

Shijiro Ochirbat is a Partner at Reinventure Capital focused on impact investment. She began her career providing financial analysis to the Prime Minister of Mongolia on income inequality, later working as an economic analyst for the UNDP and WTO, a senior business analyst at a large Australian corporation, and a consultant to an Indonesian startup supporting smallholder farmers. She holds an MBA from the University of Sydney and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, with coursework in social finance at Harvard Business School.
