She is a graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.

A Senior Associate focused on Overlap's Investing and Capital Solutions businesses, with a background spanning mechanical engineering, materials science, and tissue engineering. He previously co-founded and led Reel Bio, a biomanufacturing company, and holds a B.S. from Stanford and a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Harvard.

COO of Overlap and Managing Director of its Capital Solutions business, he began his career at UBS Investment Bank as Head of Syndicate and Structuring for mortgage and asset-backed structured products, and later co-founded HomeKeepr (acquired 2021). He holds a B.S. from Cornell University.
