Chris Haase is co-founder, president, and CEO of Gadolyn, which commercializes DIRECT, a DARPA-sponsored solid-state rare earth alloy production platform and 2025 Global R&D 100 Award winner. He is a DOD Fellow and DOE Oppenheimer Fellow with over 25 years of experience in venture capital, critical materials commercialization, and defense technology, including previous service as director of the U.S. Critical Materials Institute, a $250 million DOE Innovation Hub. Haase has held operational roles across five venture and innovation vehicles including Aramco Ventures, Shell Ventures, and GE Ventures, with involvement in over 112 transactions and joint ventures exceeding $2 billion in cumulative value, and holds six patents in downhole communications, additive manufacturing, and advanced materials.

Malik is an Investment Manager at Aramco Ventures, where he oversees portfolio management for the Strategic Venturing program, focusing on Series A to C investments between $10-$50 million in the US, Europe, and China. He brings 30 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, banking, and alternative investments across multiple countries, including 11 years as a founding member and Executive Director of Investments at a boutique private equity firm and 9 years at EY providing consulting and audit services. His expertise spans deal advisory, financial due diligence, fund management, and corporate governance.

Tariq Alnahari is a senior organization and management consultant at Aramco. He has experience as an investment analyst in venture capital and private equity, with skills in communication, team leadership, training, and data analysis. He holds a degree from the University of International Business and Economics.

Tibor Toth is a Senior Investment Director at Aramco Ventures focused on climate tech and clean energy investments. He has invested over $400 million across venture capital, buyouts, mezzanine debt, and energy infrastructure, with transaction experience exceeding $1 billion. Toth has held roles in M&A, capital raising, and portfolio management across manufacturing, technology, and energy sectors, including co-management of over $7 billion in private equity investment funds.
