Paul has extensive private equity experience through CHAMP Private Equity, MetLife and Illyria. He serves as a director of Bailador companies including SiteMinder and Updoc, and holds a Bachelor of Business from QUT with several professional finance credentials.

James leads Bailador's new investment activity and supports portfolio companies. Previously a founding Commercial Director of Mozo, he has over 20 years' experience in venture capital, strategy consulting and corporate development, and is a Chartered Accountant.

A retired IDF Colonel and member of its crisis management and negotiation team, Amir has over two decades of high-tech management, investment and exit experience, having served as CFO and CEO in companies that exited via M&A and IPOs and sitting on high-tech boards. He holds an M.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Jordan sources and evaluates investments and supports the portfolio. Before joining Bailador in 2021 he was a junior equity research analyst at Frazis Capital Partners; he holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Sydney.

Mike identifies and evaluates new investment opportunities and provides operational support to the portfolio. He began his career in Disney's Corporate Strategy group and later worked as a buy-side equity analyst at a US hedge fund; he holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard.

Saurabh Srivastava is a fund manager and technology executive who has managed venture funds totaling over $600M and made more than 15 investments, many with board seats. He was co-founder and managing general partner at Artiman Ventures, and previously served as a Director of Mergers and Acquisitions in Cisco Systems' Corporate Business Development Group, with earlier operating roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, Kaleida Labs, and Silicon Graphics. He holds an MSCS from the State University of New York and an MBA from Stanford University.

Chloe Grist is the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partners and Chief Financial Officer at Bailador Technology Investments (ASX:BTI), a listed growth capital fund that invests in expansion-stage technology companies. As the firm's sole EA and office manager, her responsibilities include executive support, board coordination, investor relations logistics, document production, event management and office operations. She has worked in business support for technology-focused companies since 2016, previously worked as a newspaper journalist in the UK, and holds a BA in Multi-Media Journalism from Bournemouth University.

Daniel works across new investment activity and portfolio support, covering deal sourcing, due diligence and financial analysis. He previously worked at Fidelity International and Attalis Capital, and studied Commerce and Law at the University of Sydney.

COO at Aquarian leading strategy, technology, marketing and operations. He was previously a Partner in Bain & Company's Financial Services practice and led Bain's Americas Financial Services M&A capability.
