David Pullini is Chair of Ocius Technology Ltd and leads Ginostra Capital. He has served in chair roles at high-growth, international technology companies with founder leadership, bringing experience in board and stakeholder management across private and public company contexts. His background includes work on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and complex business dealings.

Laura Warden is Chief of Staff at New+Improved Ventures, where she builds founding teams and supports early-stage company development. Previously, she held operations roles at Google, leading global recruitment functions and people programs, and at Folklore Ventures, where she managed operations across governance, marketing, people, and portfolio support. Her career began in recruitment consulting before moving into broader operational and organizational development functions.

Rochelle Ritchie is Senior Marketing Manager at Folklore Ventures, where she manages brand delivery, external messaging, and portfolio company communications. With over 12 years of marketing experience, she has led campaigns for startups across multiple sectors, including roles at Play Travel (Afterpay), a content and PR agency serving clients such as Twitch and Microsoft, an EVP-backed portfolio company, and venture studio Seventh Street Ventures.

Tanisha Banaszczyk is Chief Financial Officer at Lynnfield with 15 years of experience in growth-stage companies and investment funds. She previously held leadership roles including COO at Strong Compute (YC W22), head of the Strategic Impact Fund at Minderoo Foundation, and Principal at AC Ventures in Southeast Asia, where she supported portfolio companies including Xendit and Carsome. Her background includes investment banking at Macquarie Capital and advisory roles at EY and PwC, along with an Executive Master in Finance from INSEAD and Chartered Accountant credentials.
