His work also covers management company formation, compensation arrangements, U.S. regulatory matters such as investment advisory, investment company, and ERISA issues, and representation of institutional investors on alternative asset portfolios. He serves on the Advisory Board of Mindshift Capital, was named a Rising Star in Investment Funds by IFLR 1000 in 2019, and was recognized as a Foreign Expert in Investment Funds for the MENA region by Chambers Global from 2011 to 2014.

Daniel Lawrence works in business development at estag Capital AG. His areas of focus include e-mobility, electric vehicles, and charging infrastructure, as well as equity, IPOs, and early-stage and seed investments.

David Leslie joined Ellerston Capital in 2005 and has more than 30 years of experience in technology and investment markets as a researcher, analyst, and investor. He has served as Investment Director for the Ellerston Ventures Fund and the Ellerston JAADE Private Asset Fund, where he leads the investment process, due diligence, negotiations, and investor reporting. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
