He is the former President of Microsoft Japan and Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Inc., and previously served as President of Hewlett-Packard Japan, Managing Director for North Asia and President of SAS Institute Japan, President of Novell Japan, and President of Cambridge Technology Partners Japan, with earlier international business development work at ITOCHU Corporation.
