Open Cosmos Ltd is a satellite mission provider and microsatellite manufacturer focused on Earth observation and satellite communication missions. Two further offerings sit on top of the manufacturing business. The OpenConstellation is a mutualised, shared satellite infrastructure in which contributing members pool space assets: members obtain free data and priority tasking over their regions of interest, access to a mix of spectral (multispectral, hyperspectral, infrared, radiometry) and spatial resolutions (MR, HR, VHR), and, per the company, roughly three times the data over their region with shorter revisit times. DataCosmos is a cloud-based, multi-satellite platform for searching, downloading and processing full-resolution imagery and running algorithms, offering AI-powered analysis across Open Cosmos and third-party satellite sources and analytic partners, and integrating with the company's web-based mission control software for tasking and image processing [2][3][5].

A fourth line, ConnectedCosmos, addresses low-Earth-orbit communications; a third-party profile describes it as a LEO constellation delivering sovereign and secure communication services [0][7]. Flown and contracted missions include QB50, Enxaneta (narrowband IoT with Sateliot), LS2 (IoT for Lacuna Space), DOVER (GNSS-based PNT pathfinder, lost on a Virgin Orbit launch), Menut, ALISIO-1, PLATERO, MANTIS, HAMMER, Phi-Sat-2, 6GStarLab, Posidònia (the Balearic Islands' first satellite), Hyperion GR-1 (first of seven satellites for Greece's national optical imaging constellation), NanoMagSat (three 16U CubeSats for ESA, launching 2027), a UK Atlantic Constellation Pathfinder and ORPHEUS, on which Open Cosmos is a subcontractor and platform provider to Astroscale UK [3][4].
