Oltre Impact backs innovative enterprises tackling significant social and environmental challenges as defined by the UN Sustainable Development Goals. As Italy's first impact fund, it is supported by institutional investors including the European Investment Fund, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Intesa Sanpaolo, and Italian family offices. Through its Oltre I and Oltre II vehicles it has invested over €50M in 45 impact companies. Its third fund, Oltre III (Article 9), targets larger companies with high growth potential, having raised €78M toward a €100M goal and deployed €20M into 8 SMEs. The investment team blends venture capital, private equity, and managerial expertise.
