Investment thesis
Oltre invests in scalable businesses where social or environmental impact is intentional and central to the business model rather than a side activity. Since its first vehicle in 2006 it has opened markets traditionally excluded from VC/PE, such as social housing and healthcare accessibility, selecting the most promising scalable models to reach both financial returns and significant numbers of beneficiaries. While sector-agnostic, the firm organizes investments around three fund-level goals: Empowered People (education, employment, local development, workplace safety, underserved areas), Healthier People (health, care and wellbeing, elderly assistance), and Cleaner Planet (green energy, sustainable mobility, food & agriculture, waste, sustainable construction). Impact KPIs are defined per deal and aligned with the SDGs, alongside ESG and PAI due diligence.
