Amélie Séguret is Senior Technology Specialist at the Asian Development Bank's Korea Climate Technology Hub, where the role involves matching technologies to regional needs, and also serves as General Partner at Team ABC, a fund focused on sustainable air, land, and sea transportation and travel. Séguret has led international innovation programs including the Boeing-backed Propeller accelerator in Shannon, Ireland, and Viva Air Labs in Medellín, Colombia, and has worked as a mentor and evaluator for organizations such as the EIC Accelerator, BlueInvest, EIT Digital, and Enterprise Ireland. Augustin Honorat is an independent senior advisor and board member with former CEO experience in energy and infrastructure companies. He provides strategic guidance to executives across startups, large enterprises, and investment funds on organizational leadership, business growth, and operational performance. Honorat currently serves as a non-executive director at five companies and brings extensive sector knowledge spanning renewable energy generation, energy retail, storage technologies, decarbonization solutions, and international operations across Asia Pacific markets.

A serial entrepreneur with a 20-year career spanning telecom and internet ventures, David co-founded and led three companies: internet access provider Oreka, VoIP software Wengo, and professional-to-consumer services platform MyBestPro. He later advised and served on startup boards before joining Serena's Operating Team.

Elodie Charles is a Community & Talent Manager at Serena, where she works with emerging companies. She manages a community network of over 500 executives.

Emilie Benayad is an Operating Partner at Serena, a French venture capital firm. She has 15 years of experience in C-level roles at fast-growing and international companies, including seven years working between Spain and Morocco. She serves as a diversity and inclusion leader for Serena and France Invest, and is a "Fresque du climat" facilitator.
