Dan Leff has experience building, leading, and restructuring energy services, industrial automation, manufacturing, and technology companies, and now invests in and serves on boards of growth companies in climate technology and the energy transition. He previously held executive roles including COO of Invensys Energy Management, chairman and CEO of Enron Energy Services, executive chairman of Viridity Energy, CEO of Hara Software, and advisory partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Union College.

Hannah Goncher is an Analyst at Broadscale, where she supports the team with market research and evaluation of investment opportunities, focusing on first-of-a-kind (FOAK) financing for emerging low-carbon technologies. Before joining Broadscale, she was a Summer Analyst at RPA Advisors, a restructuring and turnaround advisory firm, working on the analysis of distressed companies. She holds a B.A. in Government and Environmental Studies from Wesleyan University.

Jonah Seiger is a founding partner of Fuse Strategy Group, a consultancy working at the intersection of business, brand, and communications. Over three decades he has founded two digital agencies and a digital rights non-profit, including Connections Media (acquired by Next15 in 2013) and Mindshare Internet Campaigns, and served as Communications Director and co-founder of the Center for Democracy & Technology. He has advised Fortune 500 companies, industry associations, and political candidates on communications and digital strategy.

Lisa Coca is a partner at Toyota Ventures, where she leads its Climate Fund focused on carbon-neutrality solutions. She was previously a managing director and entrepreneur-in-residence at Intel's emerging growth and incubations division and a founding member of GE Ventures, where she launched the enterprise software investment practice and the EDGE program. Earlier roles included sustainability and Ecomagination leadership at GE Real Estate, and she began her career as a financial analyst on Wall Street.

Liz Hartley has about 20 years of experience in strategy, operating, and investing. She was Founding Partner at WeWork's early-stage VC funds — the Creator Fund and WeWork's Impact Fund — investing in future of work, proptech, sustainability, and supply chain, and has held senior roles at WeWork, Apple, Beats by Dre, Ginkgo Bioworks, and Booz & Co. She holds a BA in Psychology and Neuroscience from Stanford and an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.

Neil Black has advised Broadscale since 2012 and has more than 20 years of experience in emerging energy technologies. He co-founded California Bioenergy (CalBio) in 2006, a U.S. dairy digester developer, serving as president until February 2024 and remaining on its board, and earlier was a managing principal at the strategic advisory firm GreenOrder. Before his energy work, he was CEO of two technology companies between 1997 and 2003 and holds a degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Pete Schork is a Principal at Broadscale, which he joined in 2014, where he works on deal formation and advising portfolio companies while helping build the firm's venture platform. He has about a decade of experience investing in and advising sustainable technology companies, and previously worked as an investment banker in UBS's Global Power and Renewable Energy Group. He holds an A.B. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.

Scott L. Corwin spent over thirty years in management consulting at Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton/Booz & Co., and AT Kearney, advising clients on strategic growth, operational transformation, technology innovation, digitization, and financial restructuring. At Deloitte he founded the US Sustainability Practice and earlier established the firm's Global Future of Mobility Practice. He recently launched Corwin Advisors LLC to advise and invest in organizations focused on the energy transition, infrastructure modernization, and industrial decarbonization.

Stephan Dolezalek has invested in technology businesses across biotechnology, software, data and communications, clean energy, and food and agriculture over roughly four decades. He is currently a Managing Partner of Wheatsheaf Group, the private investment arm of the Grosvenor Estate focused on food and agriculture, and previously founded and led VantagePoint Capital Partners' CleanTech Fund and advised on the formation of Breakthrough Energy Ventures. He holds a BCP from the University of Virginia School of Architecture and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Travis Leiter has eight years of experience investing across growth equity, private equity, and venture, with a focus on the energy transition, industrial decarbonization, sustainability, consumer, and resilience. At Broadscale he supports sourcing, diligence, and transaction execution, and he is also an Investment Principal at Spades Capital. He previously served as an Investment Principal at Morgan Stanley's 1GT Fund and began his career at Roark Capital Group. He earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Yon Lachmann has about ten years of experience in communications and event planning, and at Broadscale supports the firm's network, partnership, and investment activities while contributing to its research and thought leadership. Before Broadscale, she worked in business development and communications for various organizations, including the environmental non-profit INFORM. She holds a B.A. in Metropolitan Studies from New York University and an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
