Investment thesis
Percipient Capital provides private equity and venture capital to small and medium-sized businesses. Its focus is twofold: helping entrepreneurs grow existing businesses and backing management teams to buy the businesses they run but do not own. The firm manages funds on behalf of high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. It personally invests in every business it backs and charges investors based on success, aiming to align interests with both portfolio companies and investors while building shareholder value. Over 15 years the team has supported more than 45 companies.
