Vaishali Mahajan works on the Finance team at RPSG Capital Ventures, with experience in direct taxation, accounting, and auditing. She previously served as an Associate at SGAP & Co. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com (Honours) from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University, along with a postgraduate degree in Commerce.

Vanshika Bagrecha works on the fund's execution team and on sourcing new deals. She previously worked on the portfolio valuations team at Kroll and researched alternative investments at Money Management India. She has cleared CFA Level 2 and graduated from Kirorimal College, University of Delhi.

Abhishek Goenka is the Managing Partner at RPSG Capital Ventures, based in Gurugram, with two decades of experience in investments and M&A. He previously worked on the investments teams at True North and JP Morgan. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Gaurav Bindal is the Chief Financial Officer at RPSG Capital Ventures. A Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of experience in financial management across venture capital, IT, FMCG, and consultancy, his expertise covers strategic financial and tax planning, controllership, governance, internal controls, risk management, and transaction structuring. He has previously worked at E&Y, ITC, XSEED, and Orios Venture Partners.

Hersh Gulati is a Principal at RPSG Capital Ventures with over 11 years of experience across investment banking and venture capital. He previously worked at Blume Ventures, First League Ventures, and Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and earned a B.Com (Honours) from Delhi University.

Raghav Monga is a member of the Investments Team at RPSG Capital Ventures. He previously worked as a business consultant at ZS across practice areas including forecasting, strategy, and analytics. He holds an Economics degree from Hansraj College, has cleared CFA Level 1 and FRM Level 2, and outside work is an active beatboxer.

Sambit Dash is a Partner at RPSG Capital Ventures with over a decade of marketing experience across Mamaearth, Nestle, and Taco Bell. He began his career at Nestle working on NESTEA and NESCAFE, leading P&L and communication, and later headed marketing for Taco Bell in India and Sri Lanka. At Mamaearth he led brand positioning and influencer marketing efforts. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad.
