Greg Hitchen is co-founder and managing partner of Tri-Valley Ventures, an early-stage venture firm focused on companies with connections to the Tri-Valley region of Northern California. Previously, he served as chief operating officer and partner at Blum Capital Partners, where he was involved in operational and investment activities. He also advises Lawrence Livermore Labs' Industrial Partnership Office.

Don Garman is Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Mirador Capital Partners, where he leads the Investment Committee and manages the firm's proprietary investment strategies. He is also Co-Founder of Tri-Valley Ventures, overseeing investments in financial services, financial technology, and insurance sectors. With over 30 years of experience investing in public and private companies, Garman previously worked at two major advisory firms and is active in the Tri-Valley community through support of several local organizations.

James Langford is a Director at Silicon Valley Bank with over $1.5 billion in financing experience across more than 100 companies spanning early-stage venture and middle-market segments. He serves as an advisor to Tri-Valley Ventures and is a former Division 1 football player from UC Berkeley, where he currently coaches. Langford works with founders, executives, and capital providers in the venture ecosystem.
