Company profile

researched Aug 2026

Qritive is a Singapore-headquartered healthcare AI company founded in 2017 by Dr. Aneesh Sathe and Dr. Kaveh Taghipour. It develops clinical-grade AI software that interprets pathology whole slide images and, according to the company, also analyses text from electronic medical records, to help pathologists diagnose cancer faster and more consistently. Its AI modules identify, grade and classify malignancies across cancer types including prostate, colon, breast, lymph node metastasis and blood smears, and include tooling for immunohistochemistry and biomarker analysis. The modules are described as hardware agnostic and able to run inside third-party image management systems as well as Qritive's own platform.

The company's platform product, Pantheon, is an AI-powered pathology workbench that combines slide viewing and analysis, case management, reporting and synoptic reporting, telepathology, LIS integration and a remote-accessible patient management system in a single-window interface. Pantheon is positioned as an open, microscope- and IT-agnostic environment that can also host external AI modules as plug-ins. Qritive has also described a Pathology Analytics Network (PAN) intended to connect pathologists for remote collaboration and access to tools and services.

Qritive states that its solutions are CE certified and approved by Singapore's Health Sciences Authority for clinical use, and that parts of its AI were developed and validated in collaboration with Singapore General Hospital. As of the 2023 funding announcement the company had operations in Singapore, the United States (San Diego) and India (Pune).
