Previously, he worked as an executive partner at Arora & Bansal, a chartered accountants firm with four decades of experience in diverse sectors.

Lalit Mohan Verma is an Assistant Vice President of Finance and Accounts at Rukam Capital, a venture capital and private equity firm. He holds expertise in statutory accounting, GST and TDS compliance, monthly close processes, internal controls, and accounts payable, with proficiency in Tally ERP. Verma is a graduate of Delhi University.

Karan Sethi is a Principal - Investments at Rukam Capital, focusing on consumer brands, consumer technology, and healthcare investments. He has over nine years of experience in the Indian startup ecosystem, including roles in venture capital, investment banking, and financial due diligence. His background includes four years of consulting at KPMG and Deloitte, where he supported companies across consumer, technology, and industrial sectors in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Sethi is a Chartered Accountant with a bachelor's degree from the University of Delhi and holds NISM AIF Managers Certification.
