Lilian Lian is a Private Equity Analyst at Tritium Partners, where she previously worked as a Business Development Intern researching potential investments and conference partnerships using tools such as Source Scrub and Perplexity AI. She earlier held a Risk Management internship at Frank Winston Crum Insurance, analyzing insurance filings and OSHA compliance reports in support of small business insurance product development. Lian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Florida State University.
