Peter Holt, CEO of HOLT CAT and co-founder of Ironspring, built an invite-only operator network that rapidly connects startups with OEMs and supply-chain players.

Adam Bridgman led HOLT Ventures at a Caterpillar dealer and is Texas chapter leader at The Society for Construction Solutions, consulted as a domain expert for founders modernizing heavy equipment.

Drew Kriens is a member of the Ironspring Ventures investment team, focusing on industrial technology and full-stack investing. He previously spent over six years as an investor at Standard Investments, backing early- to growth-stage industrial tech startups and contributing to more than 15 investments across a $500M portfolio, where he led sourcing, diligence, and thesis development. Earlier in his career he worked on the data science team at Juniper Networks, and he holds a BS in Business from the University of Oregon.

Natan Reddy is an early-stage investor focused on industrial technology, with particular depth in supply chain innovation. Before rejoining Ironspring, he was a Principal at 25madison, a New York-based venture capital firm and venture studio, where he led supply chain and industrials investing, and earlier served as an early investor at Ironspring supporting more than 15 investments. He began his career leading research coverage of supply chain and logistics innovation at CB Insights and holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Charlie Kirn joined Ironspring Ventures from BBR Partners, a multi-family office, where he was an Associate on the Portfolio & Wealth Advisory team working on portfolio construction, manager selection, and investment strategy across public and private markets. He was previously an Analyst at Whitman Insight Strategies conducting research for corporate and institutional clients, and has experience at OceanX, an ocean exploration nonprofit. He holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dave Perretz is the founder of Signal Fund Services, where he works with emerging venture capital managers on finance and operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, portfolio construction models, and reporting systems. He began his career as an Army officer and has spent the past decade in institutional asset management at J.P. Morgan and as a finance and operations executive at a venture-backed startup.

Stephanie Volk is Vice President, Platform at Ironspring Ventures, where she oversees work spanning portfolio support, marketing, LP relations, and operations. Her responsibilities include developing programs and systems and advancing projects from concept to completion in support of the firm's focus on founders in the physical-world design, construction, operations, and distribution sectors.
