A Kauffman Fellow with 30 years of entrepreneurship and venture experience, Maggie has built six funds, made over 50 direct investments, and actively invested for over a decade across firms including Portfolia, ECJC's Fountain Innovation Fund, Royal Street Ventures, and the Kauffman Foundation. She currently serves on boards of early-stage companies and nonprofits.
Lydia leads deal sourcing efforts for Iron Prairie Ventures, identifying and analyzing investment opportunities and supporting due diligence. She leverages her network to build partnerships with earlier and later-stage funds, accelerators, and universities. A Kansas State University graduate, she previously taught before transitioning to investing.
A licensed CPA with extensive experience supporting high-growth companies, Tracy previously worked as an audit manager at Ernst & Young supervising staff and conducting consulting projects for entrepreneurial businesses. She founded her own consulting practice in 1996 serving manufacturing, airline and high-tech industries, specializing in due diligence, financial audits, and business process optimization.
