Haydar Nur is a venture capital operations professional who began in the field in 2019 while pursuing engineering studies. He has worked on investor operations and evaluation systems at Geometry Venture Development, Cross Ocean Ventures, and NuFund Venture Group, progressively incorporating automation and AI tools into venture intelligence workflows. He currently leads operations and growth at KRTR.ai, a venture intelligence platform, and holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Akash Pai is founder of ZERObrush, a digital health company that uses AI and 3D scanning technology to manufacture custom oral care devices. He has raised over $11 million with backing from P&G Oral Care and manufacturing partnership with HP, and previously led product organizations at Microsoft and Intuit, where he built the Advertising Exchange and Payment Data Platform respectively. Pai holds 14 patents and is currently an angel investor and board member at NuFund Venture Group.

Chenjing Wang joined HCAP Partners in 2023 and has over eight years of experience in investing, banking, and underwriting. At HCAP she works on originating, structuring, closing, and monitoring equity and debt investments across the U.S., focusing on healthcare, technology, and services, and serves as a Board Observer at several portfolio companies. She previously worked on the credit team at Morgan Stanley and led a team at Santander, and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, an M.A. from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. from China University of Political Science and Law.

Craig Harding is a member of Life Science Angels and invests across all sectors through multiple syndicates including NuFund, Sand Hill Angels, Duke Capital Partners, and Salt Lake City Angels. He has background in corporate legal matters, financings, intellectual property, stock option administration, and HR.

A physician board-certified in Internal, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine with over a decade of clinical and administrative healthcare experience.

Serhat Pala is President of NuFund Venture Group, one of the largest early-stage investment organizations in the US with over 350 members and 100+ investments, and General Partner at Cross Ocean Ventures, which focuses on immigrant founders in high-growth technology. He is a serial founder who co-founded and scaled Confirm BioSciences to over $50M in revenue before its acquisition in 2020, and has served as an LP in multiple venture funds while mentoring through accelerators including Techstars and NYU Stern. His investment focus spans pre-seed and seed stage companies globally across sectors including AI/ML, SaaS, healthtech, fintech, and deep tech.
