Johan Siwers is a Founding Partner (also described as General Partner) at RECAPEX, focusing on digital technologies that transform consumer behavior and industries. Over more than 20 years he has worked with companies including Axel Johnson, Kinnevik, Spray, Schibsted and InterActive Corp (IAC), where he helped roll out match.com across Europe and led Scandinavia Online at Schibsted. More recently he has focused on D-Ax, a corporate venture vehicle formed as a partnership between RECAPEX and the Axel Johnson group to drive digital transformation of a retail group.

Cathrine Siwers is a senior financial executive with experience across entrepreneurial, investor, and corporate settings, focused on financial management of large and complex organizational structures. She has previously worked with companies including EF Education, Nordic Capital, and Akademiska Hus, and now applies that experience within client organizations.

Helena Ehnbom is a digital brand and marketing leader with about 20 years of experience across digital companies. She previously served as General Manager at lastminute.com and Marketing Director at IAC-owned Match.com, and has worked with Daimler-owned mytaxi in the mobility sector. More recently she has advised startups on brand strategy and helped international digital companies enter the Nordic market.

Ludvig Hedlund is a cross-border growth and strategy leader with over ten years of commercial experience in marketing strategy, data analysis, and creative development. He began his career at Match.com in Stockholm before joining Facebook's EMEA headquarters in Dublin in 2012, later managing the Nordics and now serving as Head of e-Commerce UK at Facebook in London. He is also a co-founder of an e-commerce business.

Patrick von Schenck holds a degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and has around 20 years of experience across media and entertainment, internet, venture capital, and hedge funds. He previously held senior management roles at Kinnevik/MTG and Schibsted and was CEO of the internet startup Bidlet, which he grew into a large Scandinavian e-commerce company before its acquisition by QXL. Since 2011 he has been a Senior Partner at JP Cornerstone, a Nordic executive search firm focused on digital, technology, retail, and entertainment.
