Investment thesis
Neptunia is a Swedish investment company focused on the real estate, defense, and energy sectors. Its core holdings are pursued with a long-term perspective and no fixed exit horizon, with Neptunia acting as an engaged owner through board representation and aiming to develop companies into market leaders. Since 2019 it has also built a portfolio of minority holdings in companies led by strong entrepreneurs with digital business models, contributing capital and industrial networks alongside other significant investors. Additionally, Neptunia manages financial placements in Slatto's funds and other established firms within its sectors, generating synergies, liquidity, and ongoing cash flow.
