Artin Moussavi leads investment strategy at QUBIS, where he evaluates new opportunities, supports the creation and growth of spinout companies, and manages the QUBIS portfolio. He has over 20 years of experience building, financing, and investing in innovation-led businesses across life sciences, deep technology, and other science and technology sectors. Before QUBIS, he founded technology and investment ventures, held senior roles at venture-backed companies, and worked with academics, universities, and investors to launch and scale high-growth companies.

Andrew Norton oversees operations at QUBIS Ltd, where he works on strategic initiatives supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. He previously held leadership roles at Queen's University Belfast, leading projects in business development, sustainability, and skills training.

Anne Dornan supports the development of Queen's University's spin-out portfolio, connecting companies with advisors, funding and investment opportunities, and helps run commercialisation and innovation programmes such as ICURe alongside academic and ecosystem partners across the UK. She was previously Head of Innovation at Manchester Science Partnerships, providing growth support to over 200 science and technology companies. She has more than 15 years of experience in knowledge-based economic development, innovation policy, strategy and investment, and works as a non-executive director and board advisor.

Julie Gormley has worked across early-stage start-up R&D, university technology transfer, and biotech business development. She has held business development roles at Redx Pharma, the University of Liverpool, and Fusion Antibodies plc, where she served as Senior Commercial Director leading sales and marketing strategy. At QUBIS she contributes to the firm's pipeline of life-science spinouts.

Patrick Dewar is portfolio manager at QUBIS, where he monitors and reports on the performance of the firm's portfolio and works to enhance its value. A fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, he trained at ASM Chartered Accountants in Belfast in audit, assurance and advisory, and spent time on secondment with the Northern Ireland Audit Office. He previously worked in business banking across Belfast, Dublin and Amsterdam, and served as a corporate finance manager at Invest Northern Ireland, where he designed and implemented loan, equity and venture capital funds ranging from £5m to £65m.

Rob Blenkinsopp is the spin out manager at QUBIS, where he works to maintain a flow of sustainable spinouts based on University research and to grow the value of existing portfolio companies. He previously served as Head of Innovation at a large sports-brand portfolio company, leading innovation strategy and processes. He holds a PhD from Loughborough University.

Shehrezade Chaudhry is a corporate legal professional with over eight years of experience in corporate legal affairs, entity compliance, and governance, with expertise in regulatory compliance and international business law. She previously led the legal team at EY Pakistan, managing legal and regulatory frameworks and advising global organisations. She holds an LLB and an LLM in International Business Law and advises the company's board and executive team on governance matters.

Vasudevan Krishnakumar is a financial expert with experience in financial modelling, management consulting, and M&A. He has worked with startups on financial projections and preparing for investment rounds, and has acted as a due diligence advisor on M&A deals.
