Ewelina Kuna is a Senior Associate at ff Venture Capital, where she focuses on deep tech and sustainability. Her work covers investment identification, deal origination, and market mapping, along with evaluating opportunities and supporting fundraising and growth strategies. She has more than four years of experience in venture capital, with a background in research and investment analysis.

Dutch scientist and innovation leader; Interim Dean of Chemical Engineering at TU/e, former CSO and Executive Board member at TNO, and previously held senior roles at AkzoNobel. Co-founder of cleantech startups Ventinova and CarbonOrO.

Stefan Dobrev is Chairman of the Governing Board at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). An economist by background, he has approximately 25 years of experience in innovation, strategy development, investment planning, and venture finance, gained through senior roles in consulting, innovation, and operations. His work centers on business performance enabled by advances in science and technology.

Tadeusz Uhl is a Professor at AGH University of Krakow, where he serves as Dean of the Faculty of Space Technologies and Director of the Space Technology Center. His research covers nonlinear systems and computational methods applied to condensed matter and quantum physics, alongside numerical simulation and statistical analysis of large datasets. His current work at the Space Technology Center addresses space robotics, lunar exploration, CubeSat mission planning and implementation, and nano-materials testing experiments on the ISS.

John van Grootel serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee and Industry Advisor at ICOS Capital Management. His background includes work in private equity, venture capital, and consultancy.

Rudi Dupper is a certified public accountant serving as CFO at ICOS Capital Management, where he works with the Icos Capital Fund III and IV, and also holds a CFO role at Zepcam. He previously founded an accounting firm focused on startups and scale-ups, which he sold to Alfa Accountants, and was involved in the sale of inTECHrity to MnP Solutions. His work has included advising companies in the scale-up phase and guiding M&A transactions.
