Spot, presented on its website under the Upcraft AI name, offers AI agents that conduct sales outreach and follow-up conversations with prospects across SMS, email and voice. Customers configure an agent by selecting its tone and communication guardrails, uploading knowledge, and defining a specific objective such as booking a meeting, recovering a no-show, or onboarding a customer. A test mode allows the agent to be refined interactively before launch.
