Tom Benedetti co-founded Blue Heron Capital, where he serves as Managing Partner and sits on the Investment Committee. He has spent over a decade focused on healthcare and technology growth equity investing, private placements, and advisory services, and previously co-founded Benedetti & Farris, a fundraising and event planning firm. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Government from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Partner with over a decade of experience investing across venture capital, growth equity, and private equity, previously at the University of Virginia endowment and in investment banking at Citi. Holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS in Commerce from UVA.

Kevin Musco is a Vice President at Blue Heron Capital, where he handles sourcing, evaluation, and execution of new investments and helps oversee existing portfolio companies. He previously worked in investment banking at Piper Sandler and BB&T on sell-side M&A transactions and served as a management consultant at Accenture. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
