Barry Munro is a board member and strategic advisor at Munro Capital Advisory with over 40 years of business leadership and professional services experience. He spent his career at EY, where he built and managed multiple businesses within the $50B firm and served as a partner advising on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, and financings across private and public markets, with involvement in over 200 M&A and financing mandates. Munro has extensive board and audit committee experience, including previous roles as chair of the Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund and vice chair and audit committee chair of the Calgary Stampede Foundation, and has advised companies across oil and gas, energy, technology, industrial services, and public sector industries.

Mary Moran serves as Chair at Kudos®. She has three decades of experience in telecommunications, not-for-profit, hospitality, and airline sectors, with expertise in strategy, marketing, communications, and change management. Moran is active in community volunteering with a focus on children and youth development.

The firm provides discretionary wealth management services and conducts independent research for its clients. Watkins established the company with a focus on client service and independent analysis as core operating principles.
