Maxim Leykin is a Partner at Pender Ventures, where he invests in B2B SaaS and AI companies at the commercialization and scale stage. He has approximately 20 years of investment experience across venture capital, private equity, venture debt, sub-debt, M&A, and valuations, and serves on multiple portfolio company boards and board committees.

Lynn Frazer is Head of People Strategy at Pender Ventures. Her experience spans human resources strategy, employee relations, talent management, and labor relations, including dispute resolution and collective agreement negotiations.

Jacob Grainger is Partner and General Counsel at Triple Point Investment Management. A barrister and solicitor qualified in the UK and New Zealand, he has over eight years of private practice experience alongside in-house roles across private companies, public companies, and partnerships. His work spans areas including financial services, ESG, social housing, financing, property, IPOs, intellectual property, litigation, venture capital, tax, compliance, anti-money laundering, and governance.

Brian Ma is the founder and managing partner of Iterative VC, a seed-stage fund. He previously founded Divvy Homes, which raised backing from a16z, GIC, Max Levchin, and Tiger Global; Weave, a professional networking service in Y Combinator's S14 batch; and Decide.com, an ecommerce price prediction company acquired by eBay. Earlier in his career, he worked at Zillow and Microsoft, and he studied computer science at the University of Washington.
