Investment thesis
Alpha Startups is a free pre-accelerator programme designed to bridge the gap between an early idea and the MVP/market-validation stage that accelerators and investors typically require. Through an intensive rapid-validation bootcamp, selected teams of entrepreneurs, developers and designers build, test and validate scalable startup ideas with daily deliverables and mentorship. The programme is industry-agnostic and encourages Malaysian founders, including impact-driven ventures. Top teams can receive funding of up to RM50K plus digital credits, and graduates gain priority admission into funding programmes run by 1337 Accelerator and other recognised organisations. Applicants must be based in or serve the Malaysian market.
