Jaimi Goodfriend leads investment professional development at Point72, building coaching and curriculum for fundamental equities analysts, and directs the Point72 Academy, which recruits and trains recent college graduates as investment professionals. She previously worked as an equity research analyst at Citadel Investment Group, Balyasny Asset Management, and First Analysis Corporation, taught as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Illinois and DePaul University, and managed absolute returns and fixed income at the MacArthur Foundation. She holds a BA in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
