He has held comprehensive responsibility for leasing, contract management, development projects, and portfolio management across investor, owner, and advisory roles. Previously, he served as Head of Commercial Norway at NREP, overseeing the Norwegian portfolio with responsibility for commercial performance and participation in Nordic leadership.

Founder and patriarch behind Canica; built the Rimi grocery chain from 1977 and later took control of his father's companies in 1980. Has served as Chairman of the Board of Orkla ASA since 2006 and remains active in Canica's operations.

Thomas Gundersen is a Project Director at Canica Eiendom AS with a degree in business economics and extensive experience in real estate operations, transactions, and retail management. His background includes senior leadership roles, business development, personnel management, and large-scale project oversight.
