Roberto Zanco is Head of Illiquid Alternative Investments at Kairos Partners SGR, where he manages the Kairos Ventures Fund following the 2021 integration of RedSeed Ventures, which he co-founded and served as Managing Partner in 2013. He has completed over 40 private equity and venture capital investments throughout his career and holds board positions at multiple technology companies and SMEs. Zanco is also co-founder of Chora Media, a major European podcast company that acquired Will Media in 2021, and co-founder of Be Water Film; in March 2025, Tether acquired a majority stake in Be Water S.p.A. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Ca' Foscari University of Venice and an MBA from the University of Iowa, and serves as an adjunct professor teaching Venture Capital and Finance of Innovation.
