Naomi Allen Seales is an Investment Manager at Northstar Ventures UK, where she works across venture capital and social investment funds with a primary focus on the Venture Sunderland Fund, which backs scalable businesses in the city. She has a background in actuarial science and over a decade of experience in financial analysis, and has established mentoring activities aimed at encouraging young women to pursue careers in venture capital. Per H. Her earlier career spanned the private sector, including roles in law and recruitment, along with 20 years in manufacturing.

Jonathan Pow is a CIMA qualified accountant serving as Finance Manager at Northstar Ventures UK, with experience across commerce and practice including auditing, management accounting, and financial reporting. His background also covers budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control. He completed an Executive MBA at Newcastle University.

Alasdair Greig is a Director at Northstar Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in North East England. The firm invests in mission-driven founders operating in high-growth markets including Healthy Ageing, the Future of Work and Learning, the Future of Place, and Climate Tech, with a focus on generating both venture returns and impact at scale.

Dominic Endicott serves as Special Advisor to the President of Merrimack College and holds advisory roles at Northstar Ventures and Nauta Capital, where he is a venture partner and head of US operations. He brings 18 years of consulting experience, including eight years focused on the wireless sector. His expertise spans wireless technology and consumer goods.
