Berkay Mollamustafaoglu previously served as CEO of iFountain, an IT Operations Management software vendor founded in 2006 in Belgium, and was involved with OpsGenie. Earlier in his career he held roles at Netuitive, Smarts, Ernst & Young, and Predictive Systems. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Electronic Engineering from Middle East Technical University and an MS in Management Information Systems from Marywood University.

Dilek Dayinlarli has invested as an angel since 2017 and has held board seats at several companies. She was previously an investor at 212, an early-stage technology venture capital firm in Istanbul, and earlier worked as Director of Strategy and Analysis at Groupon, a management consultant at Accenture, and a business developer at Koc Group. She holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University and an MBA from Johnson & Wales University, and is one of the first Kauffman Fellows selected from Turkey.

Şafak Tüfekçi works at ScaleX Ventures, with a background spanning macroeconomics and mobile app development. Before joining ScaleX, he interned as a software developer at two startups. He holds a B.S. in both Economics and Computer Science from Koç University.

Alper Mat has nearly 20 years of entrepreneurship, management, and consulting experience, with hands-on background in gaming and e-commerce. He co-founded furniture e-commerce company Vivense, served as VP of operations at Peak Games, and began his career at Bain & Company.

Arjun Sethi, two-time founder and co‑CEO of a billion-dollar revenue company, treats VC like a tech firm—using real‑time analytics, custom bots and 50+ direct reports to find N-of-1 value creators.

Cansen Başaran-Symes is Chair of the Board at Allianz Türkiye, a position she has held since 2014, and serves on the international advisory board of Allianz SE. She previously led PwC's Turkey operations as senior partner following the PwC & Lybrand merger and served as the 17th president of TÜSİAD, the third woman to hold that position. Her career includes roles at Price Waterhouse offices across Copenhagen, London, and Istanbul, board memberships at Nokia Turkey and various international organizations, and advisory positions at McKinsey & Company and Harvard Business School.

Chrysanthos Chrysanthou is a Partner at Kindred Capital focused on Pre-Seed and Seed stage investments. He previously held investor roles at Notion Capital and Accel Partners, and led Business Development for Amazon Web Services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His background includes experience as COO of a B2B startup in the Machine-to-Machine and Smart Cities sector, as well as roles at Cisco involving services-related investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Itxaso del Palacio, a GP with a PhD in entrepreneurship, engineering and startup experience, advises product-obsessed founders, shares advice via content and podcasts, and applies measurable diversity and inclusion frameworks.

Investment Advisory Committee member and Operator LP, founding board member and first investor of Salesforce, and founder of Broadway Angels. She has been an early investor in over 30 companies.

Şafak joined ScaleX in September 2017 as an intern, became a full-time analyst in June 2019, and is one of the founding team members, now responsible for deal flow. He previously interned as a software developer at two startups and holds a B.S. in both Economics and Computer Science from Koç University.

A Fulbright Scholar with a master's in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University, he previously consulted on the UN's SDG agenda and worked with the IFC and World Food Programme. He has experience recording founder podcasts, driving growth at scale-ups, and working in venture capital.
