Randy Hawks is a co-founder and Managing Director of Claremont Creek Ventures, with over 40 years in the technology industry as a general manager and venture investor. He focuses on sensors, networking, and security, and over more than 25 years as an investor has held numerous venture-backed company board seats, including audit, compensation, and CEO search committee roles. Prior to Claremont Creek, he was a General Partner at Novus Ventures and Venture Partner at Horizon Ventures, and earlier served as CEO of Captiva Software and COO of Identix, along with senior roles at AT&T Paradyne, ITT Information Systems (Qume), and Texas Instruments. He holds a BSEE from the University of Arkansas and completed the Stanford University Executive Management Program.

Brad Webb has three decades of experience as an entrepreneur and investor in the biomedical and biotechnology industries, and at CCV concentrates on how genomics and biomarker data analytics can advance diagnostics and drug development. Before CCV he worked in the medical device sector focused on eye surgery, founded Vision Biology (acquired by Alcon Laboratories, now part of Novartis), and served as an R&D scientist at 3M Company in its ophthalmology products division. He holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UC Santa Barbara, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry.

John Steuart is Executive Chairman at CSZ and Co-CEO at MD Steuart Ventures, with current involvement as Executive Chairman at Vocabulous.us. He has served as a board director on over 50 public and private companies since 1990, holding audit and compensation committee leadership roles across multiple organizations. Steuart is a founder and managing director of Steuart Ventures and co-founder of Claremont Creek Ventures, which raised $300 million in institutional capital and achieved notable exits including Natera, GeneWeave (acquired by Roche for $425 million), and Assurex (acquired by Myriad for $410 million). He co-founded CyberGold, which grew to 150 employees and completed a $500 million merger with Mypoints before acquisition by United Airlines. His background spans 25 years in entrepreneurship, venture capital, private equity, and executive finance roles across life sciences, technology, real estate, and financial services sectors.
