Stake Capital Group underwrites physics and cryptography risk that markets price poorly, backing frontier deep tech from the earliest stages. It argues intelligence at scale is fundamentally an energy and infrastructure problem, that cryptography enforces trust mathematically, and that durable returns sit behind hard engineering problems only rare teams can solve. The group operates across several vehicles: a concentrated early-stage Deep Tech Fund, production compute and validation infrastructure, a studio that incubates and co-founds companies, advisory and M&A services for deep tech and digital-asset firms, and a fund-of-funds anchoring specialist managers. It invests, builds, and runs infrastructure itself rather than from the sidelines.
