He previously founded and served as Co-Chairman of Destiny (NYSE: DXYZ), an investment company providing public access to private tech markets, and earlier founded and co-led Forge (NYSE: FRGE), a private securities marketplace that went public in 2022; he also founded Streem, a cloud storage company acquired by Box, after completing Y Combinator in 2012. An angel investor in more than 300 startups, including over 20 unicorns, he holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
