Luis DussaninFounder and Board Member2023–2026Luis Dussan has over 30 years of experience in ISR technology across the automotive, aerospace, and defense sectors, beginning at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory Deep Space Network, followed by seven years developing ISR and targeting systems in Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control Advanced Concepts Group and a role as Chief Technologist overseeing electro-optical sensor R&D at Northrop Grumman Laser Systems. He holds a BS in electrical engineering and computer science and MS degrees in quantum optics and in optics and photonics, and founded AEye, a LiDAR company for autonomous vehicles that he took public in 2021.
