Co-Founder & Partner of The Capital Group and CEO of The Government Technology Insurance Company, with over 25 years of experience in the government contracting industry and insurance. He advises Riphean on strategy and portfolio growth, previously held executive roles at MetLife and Mutual of New York, and holds an economics degree from Saint Anselm College.

Kylie Starace is Chief Administrative Officer at Riphean Group, a growth investor active in private equity, venture capital, hospitality, real estate, and health care, where she oversees daily operations across the firm and its investments. She previously served as Human Resources Manager at IT Veterans and spent nine years as Director of Human Resources at Dependable Global Solutions (later Centauri, now KBR). She holds a B.S. in Finance with a focus in Human Resource Management from the University of Florida and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Harrison is CEO and Director of Partners Bancorp and CEO of Virginia Partners Bank, and sits on Riphean Investments' Advisory Board, drawing on over 30 years leading financial institutions to advise on strategy and support portfolio company growth.

Entrepreneur focused on U.S. national security who co-launched Riphean Investments with Joel and guides its business strategy. He previously served as CEO of cybersecurity firm GRIMM, founded DeMuth Holdings, and co-founded the Cyber Bytes Foundation nonprofit, with extensive experience in DoD cyber, SIGINT, and intelligence programs.
