Dialpad Inc. is a business communications company that offers a cloud platform combining a business phone system, text and team messaging, video meetings, and an AI-powered contact center in a single application. Dialpad was founded by Craig Walker, who also serves as CEO and is described in company materials as the creator of Google Voice. Mike Kourey was named Chief Financial Officer, part of a 2021 C-suite expansion that also added chief officers for marketing and human resources and for technology and operations.
