Mark Rangell is a Venture Partner at Suncoast Ventures and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of EXECullence, a growth-strategy consultancy for B2B healthcare and technology companies, which he co-founded in 2011. Simran Nath is the Founder of Simran Nath LLC, advising early-stage venture-backed startups on internal operations and brand identity. At Suncoast Ventures she builds internal operating cadence and community infrastructure for the portfolio.

Tammy Mahaney is a Venture Capitalist at Suncoast Ventures focused on healthcare companies that improve access, equity, and patient outcomes. A Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of clinical experience across women's health, primary care, and other specialties, she also holds certification from the American Board of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (ABAIM). She previously served as a Captain in the United States Army Nurse Corps and continues to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Charla Triplett serves as Head of Strategy, Partnerships and Growth at University Lab Partners, where she works on commercialization and capital strategy. Her background includes experience in new business development and program building within the startup ecosystem.

Chima Osuka supports founder development and ecosystem events, with over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, corporate innovation, and startup ecosystems. He previously led innovation initiatives at Elevance Health (formerly Anthem), focused on connecting early-stage startups with payer and provider systems, and led programs including Google Launchpad in Latin America. He has built and operated businesses in the health, wellness, and consumer sectors and advised corporate venture groups and accelerators internationally.

Craig Hauben serves on the Investment Committee of Suncoast Ventures Fund II, drawing on more than 30 years operating in healthcare and technology and experience as a two-time CEO. He is currently President and CEO of Clutch Healthcare (also referred to as Clutch Holdings), an AI-powered SaaS engagement and retention platform, which acquired Reciprocity Health and Perx Health. Previously he was President and CEO of MediSpend, where he grew enterprise value by more than 300%, and he holds a BA and MPA from Syracuse University.

Mark Gannott is CFO of Suncoast Ventures Fund II, where he oversees fund finance, valuation, portfolio analytics, and investment underwriting in healthcare and life sciences, and serves as a fractional CFO for several portfolio companies. He is an Adjunct Fellow at the NICM Health Research Institute at Western Sydney University, leading health-economic research in women's health and clinical decision support, and has produced national cost-of-illness studies and budget-impact models. His prior work spans neuroscience, mental health research, cannabis genomics, psychedelic medicine, and health economics across academic, translational, and venture-backed settings.

Russ Nash is a Venture Partner at Suncoast Ventures, focused on payer strategy, actuarial discipline, and care-delivery innovation, with work spanning investment evaluation and board-level advisory. He previously served as Global Managing Director of Accenture's Health Industry Group and Managing Director of the U.S. Health Payer Client Group, and was earlier a Partner in the Health and Insurance Practices at McKinsey & Company, beginning his career as a Pricing Actuary and Director of Underwriting at Travelers Insurance. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and co-founder of the Center for Acupuncture & Anti-Aging Medicine.
