Tilia Impact Ventures

Silke Horáková is a private investor and co-owner of the publishing house Albatros Media. She previously held roles at private investment funds and led the Czech Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. She founded the Albatros Foundation, co-founded a foundation supporting independent journalism, and has about ten years of experience in social entrepreneurship.

Andrew Gray began his career as a strategy consultant in New Zealand before moving to Prague in 2016 to serve as COO/CFO of the digital voting startup D21. He has worked across the CEE region and the UK, has experience doing business in emerging markets, and has helped companies raise funding from pre-seed to Series A. He holds an MBA from Cambridge University.

Pavel Petřek studied software architecture in Prague and Amsterdam. After his studies he co-founded and led Inmite, a company building software for smartphones, which was acquired by Avast, where he then held senior management roles and built global product teams during international expansion. He has mentored at StartupYard for several years and invests privately in startups and trades on the stock exchange.

Jan Korous is an Investment Analyst at Tilia Impact Ventures. He previously worked in the transactions department at EY, handling company valuations, transaction advisory services, litigation support, and expert opinions, with a focus on the banking and telecommunications sectors. He studied Economics & Business Economics at Utrecht University and earned a Master's in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management.

Kamilla Rácz began her career in consulting at Deloitte and later worked at Impact Ventures, a Budapest-based impact fund financing and supporting social enterprises across the CEE region. She studied Finance at Corvinus University of Budapest and completed International Management through the CEMS MIM program at Copenhagen Business School. She also serves on the advisory board of the Amigos for Children Foundation.
